Healthy habits I incorporated in 2024 that changed my life:

Hey everyone! Welcome to my first ever blog post. If you are reading this, I am truly so grateful that you have taken the time to support WellnessPosh and follow me on this journey. 2024 has definitely been my most transformative and eye-opening year yet. I wanted to take a moment to share some tips + habits I have incorporated daily that have genuinely changed my life. Without further ado, let's dive in!


  • Walking 10,000 steps daily: This improves your physical health by boosting cardiovascular fitness, strengthening muscles, and aiding weight management. It also enhances mental well-being by reducing stress and improving mood through regular movement and time spent outdoors. I noticed after consistently walking 10k steps a day, that I felt more energized throughout the day, had little to no bloating, and overall had less anxiety. Definitely try this out!

  • Starting my mornings with pilates/yoga: I am going to be extremely honest for a second here; I have never been one who enjoys working out. This past year, I really made it a priority to find workouts I truly loved doing that didn't feel like an obstacle. I have found that low impact workouts, such as pilates, yoga, rebounding, barre, and even just walking while carrying 2 lb weights have been so beneficial for me. In fact, I am excited every morning when I wake up to be able to move my body in a way that I love. If you are feeling burnt out or unmotivated with your current workout routine, I definitely recommend trying more lower intensity exercises! Low-impact workouts also help reduce cortisol levels, promoting relaxation and lowering stress in the body, which are all changes I noticed immediately.

  • Learning to Blowout my hair: This may seem like such a small thing, but it has truly made a huge change in my life. Learning to give myself a salon-level blowout from the comfort of my bedroom has helped me save so much time on my hair everyday. I wash my hair twice a week, and use my Dyson Airwrap to give my self a sleek and straight hair look, or bouncy curls. Learning to give yourself a professional looking blowout has never been easier, thanks to TikTok and Youtube. I highly recommend the Dyson Airwrap, but you can achieve a similar look with any blowdryer and a round thermal brush. 15/10 recommend!

  • Red light therapy: This is a new habit I have added to the rotation. I got a new color light therapy mask for my birthday and have been LOVING it! Using red light therapy on your face daily can improve skin tone and texture by reducing wrinkles, fine lines, and acne. It also promotes collagen production and enhances overall skin health, giving you a more youthful, radiant appearance over time.

  • Milk thistle tea every night: Drinking milk thistle tea every night can support liver health by aiding detoxification and reducing inflammation. It has also been shown to improve digestion and promote better sleep, contributing to overall well-being. I love drinking this every night paired with an episode of Gossip Girl, or a good book!
